This privacy notice is only relating to the website https://www.18park.com.tw/zh-tw

Filling in the contact form on page https://www.18park.com.tw/en/consultant.php  of the website, Users will obtain updated information on what’s new at 18PARK in real time, by filling in a form where they will disclose such Personal Data as (NAME AND SURNAME AND/OR BUSINESS NAME, OCCUPATION AND/OR BUSINESS ACTIVITY, NATION, PROVINCE, TOWN, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, EMAIL, VAT REGISTRATION No., ZIP CODE, FAX No., WEBSITE). That data will be processed either manually or with the aid of computer systems, by the staff of 18PARK, duly appointed, for the only purposes indicated above. Personal Data to be indicated on the form is broken down into two categories: mandatory and optional. Providing mandatory data and any processing thereof for the purposes indicated above are needed for the only purpose of providing User with updates from 18PARK. Other data collected serves to help 18PARK improve its services. The legal basis for processing is the consent of User. Data is retained for that purpose for 24 months, unless consent is withdrawn in the manners indicated below.

 

MODE AND PLACE OF PROCESSING

In processing the Data of Users, the Data Controller shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access to, dissemination, modification or destruction of Personal Data.
